The staff is friendly and informative. The rooms are spacious with good heating and cooling options. The cabin had 2 bathrooms and a nice living area. The soundproofing is decent and the larger deck was enjoyable. The BBQ facilities and pool area are well-maintained.

Cleanliness: The cabin was super clean with fresh towels and clean linen provided. Hotel facilities: The pool area was excellent and the amenities and BBQ areas were great. Location: This hotel is situated in a very quiet area, overlooking two dams, providing a relaxing getaway. It is also not far from shops and services, making it convenient.

We stayed at this holiday park recently and found it to be conveniently located close to all major shops and attractions in The Hills district of Sydney. The surrounding area offered plenty of things to do, such as exploring the local vineyards and enjoying outdoor activities. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing environment. The park also had excellent facilities, including a games room and a salad bar for dining options.
The staff at reception were not very welcoming or helpful.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cabin was well set up and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and I loved the two-way bathroom. The location in a newer area overlooking two dams was so relaxing. It was nice to be in a nice quiet area. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were very helpful with my exploring of the area.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.

I was really surprised by my recent stay at Ingenia Holidays Avina. The staff at the reception, especially Jackie, were friendly and cute. They made sure we had everything we needed and were always there with a smile. The cabin we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after a long day of exploring. Despite the heat wave, the air conditioning in the cabin worked perfectly, keeping us cool and comfortable. The grounds of the park were well-maintained, and we enjoyed spending time at the onsite restaurant, although it was a bit on the expensive side. I had a positive experience at Ingenia Holidays Avina and would recommend it to others.
